There’s just something about Hari Raya songs that gets you stuck in the head for the rest of your life. Prolly because you’ve listened to them since childhood and heck, you have to admit those songs give you sentimental and nostalgic feelings that makes you want to sing along. That’s exactly how I feel every morning of the first day of Aidilfitri.
Even if I’m not close to my late Uncle, it feels weird when he’s not around here with us this Raya. 😥 I remember the times I talked to him and nodding every single thing he says without understanding anything. Rest in peace Arwah Mamang. I know God loves you more.
So this year was a tiny bit different than last year cause I went my Father’s side to celebrate first since Chankwar couldn’t make it till after 6pm
(Still calling him Chankwar instead of Cik Anwar cause I’m his very manja niece)
